How it works
From request to care, in four steps.
No waiting room, no phone tag, no account required to start. Here is exactly what happens after you press submit — including what it costs and what we will honestly tell you we can't do.
- 1
Tell us what you need
About 2 minutesPick a service and describe your situation in a short, secure form — five fields and a sentence or two. No account needed, and the price is shown before you begin.
- 2
A licensed clinician reviews your request
During clinic hoursA licensed Canadian physician or nurse practitioner — a real person, never an algorithm — reviews your request during clinic hours and decides the clinically appropriate next step. Provider type depends on province, service, scope, and availability.
- 3
We confirm your next steps
Phone, text, or emailWe reach out to confirm timing — a video or phone consultation if your situation needs one, or straight to the outcome if it doesn't. For most services, secure online payment at booking confirms your appointment time; custom-quoted requests are priced after review, before any payment.

Your care lands securely
After clinical reviewPrescriptions go to the pharmacy of your choice; notes, requisitions, and documents arrive in your secure account, with follow-up when your plan calls for it.
Payment, without surprises
The $150 medical consultation fee is tax-exempt, shown before you start, and paid securely online when you book. You receive an official receipt, and reimbursement may be available through private insurance, a workplace or student plan, or a health spending account. Check your plan; coverage is not guaranteed. No subscription required.
What telehealth honestly can't do
Clear limits are part of safe care. We will tell you — before you pay — when your situation needs something we can't provide online:
- Emergencies. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe symptoms — call 911 now.
- Controlled substances (opioids, stimulants, benzodiazepines) are not prescribed via this service.
- Anything that requires a physical exam, a procedure, or imaging happens in person — we'll point you to the right place.
- Complex or unstable conditions deserve continuous in-person care. We complement your family doctor; we never replace them.
Ready when you are.
Most requests take about two minutes to submit. Review timing varies with clinic hours, demand, and the needs of each case.
