Hypertension support online
A licensed Canadian clinician can support ongoing management of high blood pressure by telehealth, working alongside your existing care team where suitable.

What can MedVibe help assess?
- Follow-up on a known blood-pressure plan
- Questions about lifestyle and monitoring
- Renewing an appropriate existing prescription
Make your visit more useful
Bring what you have — you do not need every item to request care.
- Several recent home readings with dates and times, plus the monitor or cuff type you use
- Your medication names, doses, schedule, missed doses, and any side effects
- Recent laboratory results and any new headaches, dizziness, chest symptoms, or swelling
What to expect from the assessment
Your clinician will look at the pattern of your readings rather than a single number, review how you take your medication, and discuss factors that may affect blood pressure. They may recommend a monitoring plan, bloodwork, medication follow-up, or an in-person examination before making changes.
How may MedVibe help?
Management decisions are made when clinically appropriate and may require home readings, bloodwork, or in-person assessment. We supplement, not replace, your primary care.
When should I seek urgent or in-person care?
A very high reading with chest pain, severe headache, vision changes, weakness, or trouble speaking is an emergency — call 911.
Not for emergencies. If this is a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
MedVibe connects you with licensed Canadian clinicians. Prescriptions, tests, notes, and referrals are provided only when clinically appropriate and at the clinician's discretion — not every request results in one.
Virtual care has limits and is available where MedVibe is authorized to operate. Some concerns require in-person assessment or testing; your clinician will tell you if they do.
