A MedVibe clinician can review requests for sick notes and return-to-work or accommodation documentation by telehealth. Clinicians can only document what is clinically accurate.

Documentation is provided only when clinically appropriate and supported by your assessment. Notes cannot be backdated and may require supporting records.
When should I seek urgent or in-person care?
If you have a medical emergency or a serious acute condition, seek in-person or emergency care first.

Virtual care has limits and is available where MedVibe is authorized to operate. Some concerns require in-person assessment or testing; your clinician will tell you if they do.
