Pricing questions

Straight answers before you book

How much does a MedVibe virtual consultation cost?

The base private consultation fee is $150 CAD plus applicable taxes. The price is shown before you proceed.

Is MedVibe covered by RAMQ, OHIP, or another provincial plan?

MedVibe is a private clinic and does not bill provincial health plans for these consultations. You receive an official receipt; reimbursement by private insurance depends on your policy.

Does paying guarantee a prescription, note, requisition, or referral?

No. The fee covers clinician assessment. Every prescription, note, requisition, referral, and treatment decision is issued only when clinically appropriate and at the clinician's discretion.

Can there be additional costs?

Yes. Pharmacy medication, laboratory, imaging, and other third-party fees are separate. A clinically necessary follow-up may also have its own clearly displayed fee.

What happens if MedVibe cannot offer the requested service?

If MedVibe determines before a consultation begins that it cannot offer the requested service, you will not be charged or will be refunded if payment was already collected. Once a consultation has begun, fees are generally non-refundable.
